"I had some major body-rot on my 2000 Explorer which involved the rocker panels and left and right quarter panels. It first manifested itself when the vehicle was only three years old. I brought it back to Ford; neither the dealer nor Ford would do anything. I was left with the choice of it only getting worse, or having it corrected. I contacted Town Line and they said to bring it on down. They took the time to sit down with me and review what they found. Upon examining the situation in depth, they discovered it was far worse than I thought. It was certainly less expensive to get it repaired than buy a new vehicle. I was quoted a price on the repairs and made arrangements to bring it in. The attention to do the job right was fantastic! They actually fabricated new steel to replace the areas they cut away, to prevent the spread of the rust to ‘healthy‘ areas. When I got the vehicle back, it looked brand-new! The repainting of the affected areas matched perfectly as did the re-striping. To say Town Line crew are real artisans is an understatement!
